Seasonal offers

Seasonal offers 可以理解为“节日特惠”；offer 与购物联系起来时，可以表示“特惠”。

"Double 11" has been the most famous seasonal offers in China.

双十一已经成为中国最有名的节日特惠。

Special offers

低于原价出售；“sth. is on special offer”意思是“某商品特价售出”。

Shop around for special offers. 

去四处转转，看有没有特价商品。

Further reductions

在原有的折扣上再打折；“futher”有“进一步的、更多的”意思；"reductions"指的是"price reductions"（大减价）。

It is impossible for us to make further reductions.

Clearance sale

"clearance"是"clear"的名词形式；商家为清空仓储而进行大型甩卖活动：店铺会贴出"last day today"（折扣价最后一天）、"final clearance"（最后清仓）来吸引顾客。
